Cop and Radish Soup Recipe:
This satisfying, low-fat cop and radish soup is full of flavor, and very nutritious. You can do this with either fillets or steaks.

Total time: 20 minutes
Utensils:
Wok, bowl, plate.
Serves 2 as a main dish.
Ingredients:
5 cod fillets, cut into 1-inch cubes7 oz./200g radish, cut into strips1 tbsp.chopped scallion2 garlic cloves, minced1 tbsp.freshly chopped cilantro1 tbsp.white rice wine1 tbsp.light soy sauce1 tbsp.ground black pepper1 tsp.salt, or to taste2 tbsps.vegetable oil for stir-frying
Directions:
1. Preheat a wok over medium high heat for 30 seconds, then add 2 tbsps.vegetable oil and swirl to coat both the sides and the surface of the wok, saute garlic when the oil is hot.
2. Add radish when the garlic starts to brown, stirring over medium heat for about 3 minutes (P1).
3. Cover the radish with enough water, then add cod fillets back, bring them to a boil (P2).

4. Swirl into 1 tbsp.white rice wine, 1 tbsp.light soy sauce, 1 tbsp.ground black pepper, and 1 tsp.salt, mix well and keep the soup on a steady simmer.

5. Ladle into warmed bowls, top with a sprinkling of chopped cilantro and scallion before serving (P3).
