Grilled Tuna With A Mustard SauceYield: 4

Ingredients

  • 4 one-inch-thick tuna steaks
  • Vegetable oil for brushing tuna
  • 1 pinch Salt and pepper for season
  • 2 tablespoons of fresh lemon juice – (30ml)
  • 2 tablespoons of white wine – (30ml)
  • 2 tablespoons of butter – (30ml)
  • 1 teaspoon of Dijon mustard – (5ml)

Directions

  1. Season tuna with salt and pepper and brush with oil, place on warm grill and cook for 3 to 4 minutes, per side or until tuna is cooked through.
  2. Combine lemon juice, butter, wine and Dijon to a pot and bring to a gentle boil.
  3. Plate tuna pieces on to separate serving plates and spoon sauce over each piece.
  4. Serve and enjoy!
