Ingredients
Potato Skins
- 3 whole pre baked potatoes
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cups cheese, your choice, grated
- 1/2 cup green onions, chopped
- 1/2 cup cooked bacon, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
Garnish with:
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup fresh chives, chopped
Directions
Potato Skins
- Preheat grill to 350°F. Medium heat.
- Oil grill.
- Cut potatoes into wedges and brush the flesh with the olive oil. Place on grill flesh side down. Cook for approximately 5 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
- Flip over and fill with cheese, onions and bacon. Close lid and cook for 10 minutes or until golden and crunchy. Remove from grill and fill with the garnish.
- Garnish with chives and sour cream.
