
Ingredients
- 4 cups fresh arugula, washed and patted dry
- 3 fresh peaches, stones removed, sliced ½ inch wedges
- 1/2 cup thin sliced red onion
- 4 ounces good quality blue cheese
- 1/2 cup lightly toasted walnut halves
- 3 tablespoons premade balsamic dressing
Directions
- Place the arugula on a plate and top decoratively with ingredients.
- Drizzle with dressing.
