Arugula, Peaches, Blue Cheese & Walnut Salad

Ingredients

  • 4 cups fresh arugula, washed and patted dry
  • 3 fresh peaches, stones removed, sliced ½ inch wedges
  • 1/2 cup thin sliced red onion
  • 4 ounces good quality blue cheese
  • 1/2 cup lightly toasted walnut halves
  • 3 tablespoons premade balsamic dressing

Directions

  1. Place the arugula on a plate and top decoratively with ingredients.
  2. Drizzle with dressing.
