Sabzi Gosht

Ingrediant:
Beaf One cup
Capsicum 2 pieces
Soya saus 1 table spoon
Carrot 1 piece
Vinegar 1 Table spoon
CauliFlower 1 Cup
Corn flour 1 Table spoon
Ajino moto 1 table spoon
Salt ½ Table spoon
Black Pepper ½ Table spoon
Sugar 1 Table spoon
Gingar & Garlic ½ Table spoon
Tomato Ketchup 2 Table spoon
Oil ½ Cup
Instruction:
Fry the beaf at low flame so that it became soften. Cut the capsicum and onion in separate pot. similarly cut the carrot in slice shape and make small pieces of cauliflower. Though the ingrediant are ready, so stir them into the pot with two table spoon of oil and keep the heat medium. Fry them for 5 minutes then add soften beef into this mixture. Now pour ajino moto, black pepper, salt and ketchup into fried beef mixture. First mix corn flour into water and then pour it also into blend. When it the curry is going to be thicken, then switch off the stove and serve it with salad.
Sabzi Gosht is a wonderful dish which is combination of meat and vegetable into one dish. You can use it with fried rice and Tandoori roti to get tasty meal
