Skewered Poffertjes Recipe — Great for Kids' Parties

Dutch poffertjes are always extremely popular with children. To make these tiny pancakes, which I once saw described as "pancakes for pixies'', easier to eat and for some added fun, I've annointed them with honey, skewered them onto kebab sticks and liberally covered them in sprinkles. This party poffertjes recipe is sure to satisfy even the pickiest mob at any children's party.
