3 tbsp butter
1/2 cup sour cream
2 ea eggs
salt

Method:
Cut the chicken into 6 parts. Fry these parts on every side in oil, salt and pepper. Cover the pan and stew the chicken for 15 minutes. Open it and leave on very low heat. Beat up eggs and stir in sour cream. Pour this mass in the pan on low heat, stirring regularly, until the mass is dense. Don't bring to boil. Serve on a deep plate with sauce.
