Rich Corn Soup Recipe:
Onion, potato, corn, and ham are all you need in this delicious recipe, after slow-cooked in this manner, this soup is fully flavored and works every time.

Ingredients:
1 potato, peeled, cut into 1/2-1 inch cubes1/2 onion, peeled, cut into 1/2-1 inch cubes (P1)1/2 can corn1 tbsp.minced garlic clove1 tbsp.chopped scallion1/2 cup ham cubes2 cups chicken stock1/2-1 cup milk

Directions:
1. Put all the ingredients except the milk in a wok, heat on medium temp till boiling, then lower the heat, keep the soup on a steady simmer until the potato cubes are tender.
2. For the last minute of cooking, pour 1/2-1 cup milk into the wok in question, cook briefly to mix everything together (P2).
3. Cover and let sit for 2 minutes to absorb the flavors.
