Sweet Milllet and Rice Soup:
The name says it all, this is a millet, rice soup recipe for true soup lovers !
Prep time: 5 minutes
Cook time: 30 minutes
Utensils:
Pot, bowl.
Serves 2
Ingredients:
2 cups millet1 cup rice1/2 cup mungbean1/2 cup peanut1/2 cup red jujube1/4 cup walnut-meat1/4 cup raisin2 tbsps. white sugar

Directions:
1. Rinse all the ingredients well before cooking (P1&2&3).2. Soak mungbean in water for about 30 minutes ahead of time.3. Bring 3-4 cups of water in a large pot to boil, add mungbean and cook over medium heat for 15 minutes, or until half way cooked, then add another 3-5 cups cold water, add the remaining ingredients back into the pot, cover and continue to cook until steam appears, then reduce heat to low and bring to a simmer until done (P4).4. Dump into individual bowls, serve hor, warm or cold.
